About Us
Heart to Heart Home Care is a Private Duty Home Agency serving the Mid-South. Our non-medical services are intended for those wanting to continue living independently while needing any one or more if the following services: in-home care, respite care, personal care, elderly care, companion care, homemaker services, and/or post surgery care.
We review you or your loved one's needs and customize a plan for the requisite in-home care. This includes meeting with involved family members, social workers, hospitals or nursing home staff, and if necessary, consulting with physicians. Finally, we select our most compatible staff member to deliver the appropriate care.
Our Approach
We take care of your loved ones as we would our own. This simple concept coupled with our customized in-home care plan considers your preferences and needs to ensure your caregiver possesses the appropriate experience, compassion, and personality. Once the appropriate caregiver is selected, we monitor the process via home visits and telephone checks. We are only a phone call away and will immediately address any concerns that may arise.
